I've been on a tutu skirt making roll lately!

I had this under-the-knee length uber gothic skirt that i'd worn probably like twice. I hated it. So I hacked it up + came up with this. The pink one is made from the waistband + the top part fo the skirt, and the green one is from the rest.

I added waistbands, mass amounts of netting + little bows.

i think on some people these skirts would be pretty + sweet, but on people like me they just look tough.
