I used some glittery pink felt (that doesn't bend very well.... o.o!) and other cute things to make this little top hat :D!

Wow that's a new twist....It's definitely a lot different from the usual Loli-Mini-hats I see. the color is awesome!! It's like a sweet lolita twist on a gothic loli favorite. Me likey.. :)
