Cover a baking tray with some grease-proof paper and make the dough in to bun shapes. Make crosses and knots out of shortcrust pastry and place on top of the buns. Cook in an oven heated at 400° for 10 minutes. Remove the buns and glaze with egg yolk using a pastry brush. Pop back in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes at 300°.

The receipt sounds like yummy, but is is just me or is there no sugar in the ingredients?
