Take your wire and 1 inch from the end bend little beats into the wire. They are just little zig-zags.

I found that three beats looks best, but you can do more if you like.

Always bend upwards first, then down, then back up to the middle. Also EKG's usually go from smallest to largest and back down to smallest.

Trim off the wire at 1 inch after the last beat. Then just attach it to your chain by making little loops at both ends.
