Honey & Mustard Pasta Salad

Power lunch with a tasty pasta salad.

    Step 1

    Place the cooked pasta in a bowl. Shake together the olive oil, honey, mustard and pepper.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Mix in some sweetcorn and pinenuts with the pasta.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Pour in the dressing and mix together. Serve chilled.

i added a little mayonnaise to thicken up the base of the pasta salad, and it turned out pretty well. it needed a little more flavor so i added garlic salt too. :) good recipe!

200 tsp of olive oil....help me translate into more simple amount...like 1/2 cup???

Even though I made this with way too much pepper, I loved it.

So easy, and freakin' delicious. Gotta love honey mustard AND sweet corn together. <3 nicely done!

I found that doubling the sauce recipe made for a more tasteful dish.
