Aspirin has salicylic acid in it. Which is the main ingredient in most acne medication.

Take 3-4 UNCOATED aspirin and add about 3 drops of water onto each pill.

Pour about a tablespoon of honey onto the aspirin and mix together till it makes a good paste. Make sure it's not too runny. Add more honey if needed.

Apply all over face (watch the eyes of course). Wait 10 minutes and then gently rub off in circular motions. The aspirin is grainy and works as a great exfoliant.

Apply your favorite moisturizer and your done! Sometimes you get a nice tingly feeling from the aspirin too.
