Step 1Add a little glue to the tile and place the fabric over the top. Once a little dried you can fold over the corners and glue the back.

Step 2Use some hot glue to attach felt or cork on the bottom to save the surface you are placing them on!
Ta-da! Beautiful, custom coasters.
