a new way to recycle eyeshadows and have great looking eyeliner. you can also use the mixture to create a cream base for your eye make-up and the glycerin to create a medium for creating small amounts of eyeliner, making lip gloss from eyeshadow and even face paint!

You Will Need
- Eyeshadow Of Your Choice (the color you want your eyeliner to be)
- Misc - Somewhere To Put Your Eyeliner In
- Glycerin With Or With Out Rose Water
- Almond Oil optional

gather materials. make sure hands and the eyeliner container are sanitized.
the purpose of the almond oil it to help get stronger eyelashes. -

crush all the eyeshadow (the more you add to the mixture the richer the pigment of the final product) make sure the container where you will place your eyeliner has a cap or a way to seal out the air

you may use another container to mix.
add little drops of glycerin and almond oil to the eyeshadow and mix or shake (you can add more but you can't add less) do so until you have the desired consistency. -

then pour it in your container if you already haven't done so. . and you have a new eyeliner :)shake before each use
