Holy Moly Chicken
This is a meal only for mustard fans.
It has quite a strong flavour.
It is tasty & tangy.
You don't need to marinate the meat but it does help to tenderise the chicken.

Step 1Mix mustard, syrup & Vinigar together.

Step 2Place chicken in to marinate.

Step 3Place chicken into baking tray & cook at 200 degrees for approx 40 mins. Until cooked through.

Step 4Remove chicken & thicken sauce.

Step 5Serve with rice, potatoes & vegetables.
