These were ornaments that I made for my girlfriend lynn's two nieces (named kefirah and kivi).

We bought ceramic star ornaments at michael's arts and crafts and I dolled them up with sharpies, ribbon (on kefirah's) scrap yarn (on kivi's) and jingle bells.
