I made these cupcakes for a annual holiday party. They are adorable!

I used a Star tip and piping bag for the wreaths and red hot candies for the red "holly".
I used a large circle tip w/ royal icing for the snowmen. I added orange sprinkles for the snowmen noses and powdered sugar for snow.
