Cute decorations for any Disney lovers home
I had this idea a while ago but never did anything with it until I found some really great little wooden frames at Michael's. These would make great newlywed gifts or even housewarming if you've got friends who are Disney obsessed.

  • How to make silhouette art. His & Hers Disney Villain Silhouettes - Step 1
    Step 1

These were the adorable frames I picked up. I bought three because I was originally going to make an Evil Queen silhouette, but I couldn't get the dimensions to my liking so I just made it his and hers instead.

    Step 2

Paint your frames with the black acrylic paint, be sure to put something underneath them so you don’t ruin your table.

Then just let them sit for an hour or so to dry, possibly longer depending on how many coats you do.

Once they’re all dry they should look like this.

Figure out how large you want your silhouettes to be and then transfer them to whatever medium you wish. As I mentioned I just printed mine out on printer paper, so this was pretty easy for me.

Then just cut your picture to fit your frame and glue it down.

Allow for the glue to dry and they should come out looking like this.

Now all you have to do is find somewhere in your house to hang them. Side note: glue dots do not come off of the wall easily so I don’t recommend them.
