rockin' Hillary earrings & necklace
I created these rockin' Hillary earrings by first hand rotoscoping the image and then transferring Hillary onto shrink plastic. I also added 2 blue star slider charms. Each piece is then sealed with glaze for added protection & shine. Same steps for necklace
