cut out a cupcake from shrink paper.

color you cupcake with two seperate colors. make it bigger then you actually want it to be. remember they shrink! follow the baking instructions.

after its cool, glue on the googly eyes, hook it to the chain and jump ring.

finally add the lobster clasp. fin.
