1. buy the powder or paste
2. put it on your body
3. wait fourteen hours or so
4. squeeze some lemon up on that stuff to ensure a rich, deep color
5. wipe off the residue
6. go show off

I've been using henna a lot these past few months. This is awesome! You put the lemon juice on the henna, what, before you wipe it off?

not really right before, i was just lazy with the order of my steps... you should do it whenever it gets really dry. it'll keep it from chipping off and give it more time to sink in. you can also use oil. or any liquid i guess. don't use bleach.
