Supplies:
- 11 yards tulle
- Thread
- Satin
- Elastic

1.) Measure your waist and add 1''. Cut elastic to this measurement.
2.) Take waist measurement times 1.5 and cut satin
3.) Cut tulle to desired length
4.) Gather while sewing to satin waistband or baste stitch and gather by hand
5.) Leave waistband open to insert elastic and sew shut
6.) Add bow or embellishment (if desired)
