Apply black liquid eyeliner to the top lash and flick it out at the end.
Also apply the eyeshadow primer as well.
Used: Maybelline black liquid liner and ulta primer

Add along the bottom lash line another eyeliner flick so the end appears like a fish tail.

Add a nice light blue cerulean color along the top lash eyeliner bringing it over the tail flick.
Used: Light blue by hottopic brand

Going into the crease add a form shape of gray keeping an open EYESHADOWLESS section seperating the two colors.
Used: Gray eyesahdow from hottopic brand

In the open section place some yellow and orange tinted eyeshadow.
Then a lighter shade for the browbone.
Used: sorry cant remember the one that goes in between but the highlight is tequeila by Kat Von D

Add mascara and ta-da you're done!!!! :D
