Cut out two heart shapes and one triangle.

Sew a hem in the triangle.

Put down the front piece, good side facing up.
Put a ribbon on it pointing down.
Put down the triangle on top of it, good side facing up.
Put the back piece on top of it, good side facing down. -
Sew but leave an opening of app. 5 cm. Cut off excess fabric and make little cuts.

Turn inside out and stuff the heart. Sew the gap. Hide a secret message in the pocket.
Done!
