For crust, in a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreos and butter; mix well. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of an 8" or 9" pie plate; chill.
Meanwhile, to prepare filling, in a large glass measuring cup, stir together gelatin and 1 cup hot water. Cook, uncovered in microwave, on high power for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes; stir to dissolve gelatin. Add ice cream to the hot gelatin mixture, stirring until ice cream is completely melted. Cool slightly.
To assemble, pour ice cream mixture into pie crust. Chill for 4 hours or until set. Spoon whipped topping over entire surface of pie, smoothing as desired, and arrange Hershey’s Kisses in a heart shape in the center of pie.
