Put a little love....in everything
I used these hearts to fill up a birthday present I was mailing to my fiance. I just kept cutting hearts out, until I had amassed thousands. It's a great activity to do while watching tv, or waiting for the laundry.

  • Step 1

    Read your magazines.

  • Step 2

take about 5 pages and fold the edge of the pages towards the middle of the magazine, about an inch, inch and a half. this will give you a center line for symmetric hearts.

  • Step 3

Starting at the top of the fold, cut out three to four half hearts.

  • Step 4

Carefully unfold and seperate the hearts, this will yield about 15-20 hearts.

  • Step 5

Continue to fold and cut hearts until you have no room left on your pages.

I found this very therapeutic! I grabbed a magazine that had interesting cardboard textured pages and grabbed four leafs at a time and folded them in half equally toward the middle of magazine and cut out hearts at randomly yet interesting coloured parts of the page that was showing. Then I took the hearts and looked at them. It was very interesting what pictures and different designs came out. cool.Love
