For the label area, cut out a heart shape with paper. Write something sweet. Replace the original label of the tea bag.

For the tea bag, with the stitches I was using, it's better to cut out the heart shape first, then sew it. Be careful not to let too much of the tea slip out. (and remember to wash your hand before doing it).
