Dice all the veggies and place them in a bowl. I didn't put any specific amounts because some people like more of one thing than another, so it doesn't really matter. I use about the same amount of each vegetable when I make it, just enough to fill a bowl.

Add your favorable amount of crumbled feta cheese to the mix. I use around a half handful.

Add just enough olive oil to where everything is wet.

Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and oregano.

Mix it up and your done! Yum! This makes for a great summertime snack. Feel free to change it up. My mom's boss puts spicy green peppers in it, and some people put olives in it...just whatever floats your boat! I enjoy it more with some toast to soak up the juices! Yum.
