  1. Step 1

Gather your ingredients. and preheat your oven to 450 degrees

  2. Step 2

Take the cream cheese [you can use the onion and chive kind, plain kind, or add chopped basil to it] and spread it all over the pre-made pizza crust.

  3. Step 3

Slice up a tomato, however much you'd like, and scatter them across the top of the pizza.

  4. Step 4

slice the Gouda into strips [I bought the sandwich sliced kind, but i think fresh would be even better] and scatter those across the pizza too, not necessarily completely covering the pizza, might defeat the purpose of a healthy pizza hah

  5. Step 5

pop into the oven until the cheese is nice and melted and the crust and golden brown. while its in the oven chop some basil up.

  6. Step 6

once the cheese is melted and the crust is golden [about 10 minutes] take it out and sprinkle the basil on the top. Slice and enjoy!

try dipping it in balsamic vinegar or a balsamic vinaigrette. it makes it even better =D
