Simple, healthy, and delicious smoothie for when you have a dessert hankering but you don't want the calories! (:

Gather all your ingredients and a blender.. (:

Cut up the banana in little pieces and put half of them in the blender.

Then add your 2 tbsp of peanut butter.. choose low fat for a better option (:

Time for the rest of the those banana chunks!

Now, pour in your milk.
Do one cup if you want it thicker, do 2 if you want it more runny (: I personally just eyeball it until i cover up all the ingredients already in there (:

Now add a couple ice chunks, not too many though!

Now.. BLEND! (: Make sure you blend it long enough to disentegrate your ice chunks and to liquify the bananas..
hahaha, i didn't know how else to say that ^^^. "disentegrate and liquify" ??

PS: If you want a chocolate fix, add a little chocolate syrup before you blend it. Yum <3
