Took a white skirt, and another extra one that wasn't the right skirt style and painted the diamonds on the extra one with a stencil and fabric paint, then ironed the paint to secure it, cut out the diamonds, and glued them onto the other skirt with fabric Mod Podge (I didn't want to mess up the paint on my good skirt.
The top I am wearing in the photo was made by ebay user poppyswickedgarden.
