Having a bad day? Make one of these tasty treats!
Well, I was having a hard day and needed something sweet and chocolaty and cold...so i invented the "Hard-Day Dessert" for us girls who need a little sweetness.

Ok, make a cup of strong coffee, but don't pour it into a mug! stick it in the fridge.

Next get your blender out and put about 2-3 scoops of chocolate ice cream in it. Then add a small amount of milk just to fill the bottom.

Now take out your coffee and pour about twice as much in as you have milk. It's ok if it's still hot. I'll cool down in with the ice cream. It'll also make it more liquidy...which is good.

BLEND!!!

Put some cubed ice in a glass and pour some blended drink in. Grab a straw and watch a good chick-flick!
