I just took left-over fabric from old projects, folded it up, and sewed cute bows! I then bought some barrettes/hair clips and glued it on the back of each bow so that it could be worn! The best part is that I get to design them, making them all different shapes/sizes and patterns!
I won't mind making a tutorial if needed!
