1. 

   Preheat oven to 375.

2. 

   Mix the ingredients for the dough.




3. 

   Roll out the dough and cut out the Halloween shapes. If you refrigerate the dough it is easier to handle.

4. 

   Place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are golden brown.




5. 

   Let cool.

6. 

   Spread chocolate frosting on the cookies, let harden, and use the tube frosting to draw on faces or write words.
   
   

7. 

   Chocolate frosting
   
   1. Heat 1/8 cup chocolate and 1 teaspoon butter over low heat until melted.
   
   2. Stir in powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons water until smooth. For the white chocolate, add the orange food coloring until the chocolate reaches the desired color.
