Halloween Pumpkin Rocks

Painted 'pumpkins' that will last the whole Halloween season!
All you need are large rocks out of the garden. Or your neighbour's garden. ;) I cleaned them, and then sprayed them with several coats of fluorescent orange spray paint from the hardware store. Their features are just painted on with acrylic model paint.

You could make yours more three dimensional by adding foam or modelling clay stems and leaves - or even fabric, if your little pumpkin rock friends are going to be in a protected space.
