Easy Breezy Hair Fall
I snagged a bunch of lace, tulle, yarn, string, and whatever else I could find from the arts & crafts room at my school, cut the pieces to different lengths between about 6-12" long,and tied them all to a hair elastic. It reminds me of mermaid hair.
