You Will Need

Step 1Mix the haggis & potatoes together.

Step 2Add an egg.
Mix in to incorporate.

Step 3Form into cakes.

Step 4Coat the cakes in flour.

Step 5Coat cakes in egg.

Step 6Coat the cakes in breadcrumbs.

Step 7Fry in oil until crispy on both sides.

Step 8Serve with gravy or whisky sauce.
