I got this from a fairy costume pattern. :]

A sort of cut off from a shift, with semi-dramatic sleeves. It has elastic on the front and bottom for a secure and cuddly fit. :]

I guess I could embellish it further... It looks kind of - bored. :/

Looks great with a bodice or overbust corset/bustier.
