A birthday cake for my comic-lovin' boyfriend.

One of his favorites is the Green Lantern series. I made the middle round chocolate cake and the upper straight parts lemon poppyseed (his favorite). I ended up accidentally making fairly runny icing but it worked out pretty good. It wasn't too thick that way and made a nice glaze that kind of hardened up nicely after it had set for a bit.

I used a logo that I found online to make sure I got the proportions right.
