Green Floral Tank Top With Ruffles

A really cute and professional looking tank top
This project was definitely a handful. I was working with some left over fabric someone had given me and it had a bunch of random cuts in it(and marks in PERMANENT marker). I still managed to make a shirt and try to disguise the marks on it. I designed it and it has a few little ruffles on the bodice and some buttons. I may have been inspired but I made this over a year ago so I can't remember what my exact inspiration was. If you would like a tutorial then I will try my best to make one...
