Step one, Apply eyeshadow primer all over eyelids.

Step two, apply lime green eyeshadow to the inner corners of the eye.

Step three, apply the darker green eyeshadow to the middle on the eyelid and blend very slightly without going into the lime green.

Step four, apply the dark purple the the outer eyelid and blend slightly into the dark green.

Step 4 apply falsh eyelashes and stick rhinestones using the lash glue up your eyelid.

Et voila, done :)
