1. 

   

   Mix the popcorn and the pecans together in a bowl.

2. 

   

   Heat the sugar, honey, cinnamon, syrup and tabasco sauce together in a sauce pan. Wait for 8 minutes or for the temperature to reach 290° on a confectionary thermometer and then remove from the heat.

3. 

   

   Stir in the butter.

4. 

   

   Pour the mixture over the popcorn and mix together.

5. 

   

   Place on a tray covered in greaseproof paper and allow to cool. Serve with a good movie.

You didn't put butter on the "You will need" list. How much is called for?

Looks delicious, but is the Tabasco sauce to stop if wolfing down too much? Or to keep the kids away?
