Snuggle up to a movie with some gourmet cinnamon popcorn.

You can make the popcorn as hot or mild as you like, by altering the amount of tabasco sauce that you use.

- 6 cup Popped Popcorn
- 1 cup Pecans Nuts
- 8 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup Golden Syrup
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Spoon
- Sauce Pan
- Grease Proof Baking Paper
- Confectionery Thermometer
- Mixing Bowl(s)
- Baking Tray
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 tsp Tabasco Sauce

Mix the popcorn and the pecans together in a bowl.

Heat the sugar, honey, cinnamon, syrup and tabasco sauce together in a sauce pan. Wait for 8 minutes or for the temperature to reach 290"C on a confectionary thermometer and then remove from the heat.

Stir in the butter.

Pour the mixture over the popcorn and mix together.

Place on a tray covered in greaseproof paper and allow to cool. Serve with a good movie.
