Gourmet, 4 Ingredient Pb Cookies

LOL! go for it! They are SOOOOOO easy. I think using only dark chocolate chips and the refrigerating them before eating makes them absolutely heavenly. :-D

My one bit of advice: be sure to whip the eggs until they are absolutely DEAD, because otherwise you *miiiiight* end up with a bit of cooked egg in a random cookie.... let me tell you, that turned me off of them for, like, one night...... other than that little mistake of mine, I don't think these can be beat! :-D
