Get all your stuff together.
Eveything here I got from the Dollar store except the cameo. -

I got this Cameo from Michaels last year for about $12 with visions of making an amazing choker but never got around to it :P

I looked in the mirror and marked the headband so the cameo was in the right place.

Glue that sucker on!

Now for the feathers! So all I did was put blobs of hot glue onto the ends of the feathers and then just poked them in behind the cameo!

Pretty easy and cheap!
I love it !
