Step 1Get all your stuff together.
Eveything here I got from the Dollar store except the cameo. -
Step 2I got this Cameo from Michaels last year for about $12 with visions of making an amazing choker but never got around to it :P

Step 3I looked in the mirror and marked the headband so the cameo was in the right place.

Step 4Glue that sucker on!

Step 5Now for the feathers! So all I did was put blobs of hot glue onto the ends of the feathers and then just poked them in behind the cameo!

Step 6Pretty easy and cheap!
