Supplies:
scissors
scotch tape
red/black nail polish
remover
Q-tips
top coat

Cut strips from the scotch tape and place them evenly across the nail tip.

then paint over the entire nail (over the scotch tape) with black nail polish.
Note: To avoid bubbles paint the middle part of the nail then one side at a time.

Carefully peel off the tape, pulling the tape gently towards the nail, this makes sure that any grabby polish falls back against the color not the clear spot

Paint the tips red next, making sure to pat the brush so no color overlaps the black.

Finally add a quick drying top coat!
Be careful while your nails dry. Even though the topcoat is dry doesnt mean that you cant get dents or other nicks.
*one hour per coat*
