I used a very powdery eye shadow for this look, Barry M do a dazzel dust, you can use any color. I can be messy and a little tricky so practice it a bit. I was on a budget so instead of using eye lid primer use a really thin layer of something like vaseline. 1 - Apply foundation as usual. 2 - Apply thin layer of eyelid primer or vaselie, open dazzel dust CAREFULLY so you dont end up covered in it. 3 - I used a feathery eyeshadow brush to lightly apply the eye shadow to my eye lid and then i used a harder brush, i wet the tip of it using a wet wipe. 4 - I pulled my eye lid taut and drew out which shape i wanted, i then filled it in using the softer brush. 5 - Your likey to have under your eyes sprinkled with the dust wipe it away gently with a wet wipe and using a foundation brush or sponge gently pat over the space you wiped. 6 - Finish with lashing of eye liner and mascara
