Based on Gossip Girl Inspired Starburst Safety Pin Blazer by carlyjcais
My version of the Gossip Girl inspired blazer. I used a plain jacket my dad got me for free and added extra safety pins to the pockets and over an ugly logo at the top of the jacket. Thanks to the original poster for this tutorial!
