for my Labyrinth of Jareth 2012 costume
I still don't know what I'm doing, so my sewing process consists of a drawing my idea, milling over it forever, then cutting, then sewing on, trying on, trimming, sewing again, putting back on, adjusting, sewing, trying on, sewing, trying on, adapting, wuahahaha.

The original pieces laid out on the floor weren't the only pieces used - I had to add "sides" in green fabric (whoops, I measured too tightly), and a "tail" in green to the back bottom (whoops, again I measured too tightly). But I'm very happy with it.

Had to toy around with darting for the first time...AUGH!

The metal rings around the straps are pendant clasps I purchased from the crafts store. *yay*

This is for LOJ costume this year :) Any LA peeps going?
