Achieve beautiful storage with gold dipped bowls
When we think of attractive storage we think of baskets or boxes...how about bowls? Great for catching office supplies, small bathroom toiletries, to catch like items while organizing drawers, etc.
All you need is an existing bowl, some painters tape, metallic spray paint, and clear protective spray paint.

Step 1
Start by taping off the area you don't want sprayed, this is a great opportunity to create taped designs!
Step 2
With even sweeps spray your bowl...it is better to do a light even coat, allow it to dry, and come back with a second coat, rather than allow thick paint to pool.
Step 3
Give your gold coat 5 minutes to set up then remove the tape. Finish with a clear protective coat and allow to dry completely before use.
