Wash quart milk bottle and let dry completely. Drill small hole about 3inches from bottom to put dowel rod through. One 5-6in piece all the way across. Should fit snuggly. Hot glue lid to bottom of bottle to catch seed. Poke hole in top of lid for shoestring. Knot string to secure on top and bottom to make hanger. Cut squares 1 inch from dowel rod perch. Cut on 3 sides and push in to help hold seed in. Hang and enjoy!
