Gohan. Bento basics.
In this video I show a very simple technique to cook Japanese Gohan. The idea behind this method is to provide us with a simple way to cook Gohan while getting very tasty results!! Happy Cooking!!!

- First wash the rice three times.
- Next put the rice in an exprees pot with water. Let it boil until the pot starts making a sound, when this happens lower the fire and let it rest there for 10 more minutes.
- Let the hot steam scape the pot by it self. DO NOT open the pot because if you do your Gohan wont cook well.
- Once the pot is open stir the rice in an involving way so that air gets into it.
- EAT!!!
