Had some left over gnocchi's from lunch yesterday. threw them in and whipped this up for lunch today

Cook Gnocchis either according to package directions or your home made recipie. * i add granulated garlic to my water :] *

Drain as much water as possible leaving maybe a teaspoon?

Chop vegetables, i chose asparagus and mushrooms.
Add vegetables -
Season with italian seasoning, what ever you please :]

Grate Cheese on stir put in bowl let cool and enjoy
