Put a couple of teaspoons of Vaseline in a glass bowl and Heat it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds at a time until it turns liquid-ish.

Add glitter (Don't put too much), Sunflower oil (1 drop or it will run) and the vanilla essence.

Pour into a container and put in the fridge for about 10 mins. :)
