okay. so just try to cut our that shape on plastic. the thicker the plastic the better :) you can even use a lid to one of those storage containers.

so I find that it helps to draw the image out on paper first.

then outline with black sharpie, then paint it however you'd like.

ok now use your needle to make a hole (holes) where you need them. if it's to hard, you can always use your sewing machine to make a hole, like I did.
But make sure you one make one stich haha, or else it'll have a lot of holes :E

insert a safety pin or a chain if you're making a necklace.
