Foam Board Earrings Project
These are some foam core skull earrings I made a while back. First, I drew and cut out a template to trace around onto the foam board (foam core). I used a good pair of scrapbooking scissors to cut out the two skulls. They were painted with some leftover glitter paint from another project and given the sequin eyes. It took a couple of coats to get the opaque coverage. I painted the nostril holes and teeth on with silver acrylics. Then they got a coat of Aleen's Paper Glaze.

For the earring hooks, I snipped off a small piece of each eye pin, applied a drop of jeweler's glue, and poked them into the top of each skull. From there, I attached the hooks to the eye pins.
