I had an old pair of black shoes lying around, and was given the idea of covering them in glitter (because who doesn't love glitter?).

All you need to do is to mix a tube of giltter (per shoe) with some PVA glue, to form a sort of glitter paste, and then spread it on to the shoe,leave to dry and you're done.
